Well it finally happened. We had to turn people away yesterday because we were at capacity. Now I believe everyone signed up on Mindbody (minus the new people) which I am extremely proud of because we have been talking about it for months now! So great job on that! BUT, the next thing is being on time for your class. We know that there are any number of totally valid excuses why people are late. Most of the time it hasn't been an issue at all. However, when we are at full capacity and we let people in because you weren't there yet, you have to understand that this isn't us trying to be mean or unfair to you. I have instructed the coaches to keep the classes safe. Part of that is making sure that it isn't too crowded so that people don't have the chance of dropping weights on each other, etc. We have had members leave because the class was too crowded. We don't want this. So to keep this in check, we need all of you to be adults about this and know that class starts right on the time everyday. Our 5pm class starts at 5:00pm. Please don't come there are 5:03 or 5:05. The coach is being put in a bad position then. They are made to look like the bad guy rather than the person that was late. Believe me, the LAST thing we want to do is tell people they cant work out. But we need you to hold to that start time. This is very important. Thanks everyone!
