How important is being coached to you?  Do you like someone hovering over you and constantly nit-picking on your movements and everything you do?  Sure it sucks sometimes but we hope that in the end you want that.  The biggest difference between working out at home and working out at the INFERNO is you have a trainer that is there to constantly pick you apart and make you a MUCH better mover.  Many of the things we may give you are so subtle that you don't even recognize it but that's where our coaches eye comes into play.  We will make you better.  We will make you more efficient.  We will make you safer.  We will make you fitter.  Listen to what we say and give it your best to follow it to a tee!!  Together we will change your world!!

STARTING NEXT WEEK WE WILL BE DECREASING THE MAX NUMBER OF MEMBERS PER CLASS TO 16.  WE WILL ALLOW FOR 4 MORE SPOTS FOR NEW PEOPLE WHO SHOW UP TO TRY US OUT (FOR A TOTAL OF 20).  WE EXPECT ALL OF OUR MEMBERS TO SIGN UP ON MINDBODY AND THEN MAKE SURE YOU ARE AT CLASS WHEN WE START.  IF YOU ARE NOT THERE BY THE START OF THE CLASS, WE WILL FILL YOUR SPOTS WITH OTHER PEOPLE.  PLEASE RESPECT THIS.  WE ARE NOT TRYING TO BE UNCOOL TO YOU, WE ARE TRYING TO MAKE THE CLASS RUN AS SAFE AND A SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE.  THANK YOU!

     *1 round is max reps Shoulder Press, directly into max reps Push Press, directly into max reps Push Jerk.  The bar is never put down.  Work until failure.
