Don't be afraid of failure. Of course nobody likes to fail but if you are trying not to fail, then you aren't trying to succeed. Its important to know that IF you fail in your attempt, then you have just gone through the greatest learning process possible. The important thing then is to learn everything you can from that failure and make sure that those things don't happen again. But, don't ever be afraid to fail. When you go into trying to accomplish something you want, you NEED to have all of your energy thinking about success. And when i say this, I don't mean that you are just "hoping" for it, you are actually actively giving it everything you have. You can do so much if you have the proper mindset for it. It just takes letting yourself release all the negative, bad thoughts, and let your positive thoughts drive you!!!

IF YOU ARE LATE YOUR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE NEXT PERSON. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET TO CLASS ON TIME AND ITS THE TRAINERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE PROPER NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE CLASS (WE ALSO HAVE BUILT IN SPOTS FOR NEW NON-MEMBER TYPES).

5 reps Power Clean (205#, 145#)
*if you miss a set of Clean then you owe 10 burpee pull-ups per missed set.
