Everyone knows the workouts we do are tough and will challenge ANYONE at EVERY level of fitness.  We know that elite athletes and public safety personnel use our workouts to get them ready for everything.  But we also know that the everyman and even the "I have never worked out before" person now use our programming and training to improve their quality of life.  Even though we love to hear about the personal records our members get, what thrills us even more is when our members see the improvement in their everyday lives, their jobs, or their sports when they weren't "training" for that.  I hear from my firefighters all time about how they feel better when they are lifting up patients, or when our officers are crushing their physical tests at their departments.  Something I heard that made me smile for an entire day was one of our newer members who just happens to be a paraplegic.  He came to us wanting to improve his functionality and life.  He and his wife had a baby not to long ago and he told me the other day that has been able to raise his baby up over his head when they play and he never had the stability to do that before he was with us!  I am so glad we have been able to help in this because I know I loved doing that with my daughter and my dad did it with me.  Please post in the comments about other "improvements" that you have found in your life since being with us!  Stoked you are with us Dan!!
