CrossFit is setting up for it big fund raiser this year and Coach Glassman is looking for all of the affilaites world wide to join in. Its called Crossfit for HOPE and its raising money for the St Jude's Children's Hospital. This is the FIRST time Coach Glassman has EVER asked for involvement of 100% of the affiliates on anything. The INFERNOs are definitely in and we are looking to have 300 people go through the workout with us!!! We want everyone to join us, help us raise money and get a great workout in. Its going to be similar in time to Fight Gone Bad, but the movements will be different. Without a doubt it will be truly CrossFit and tough! Its going to be on JUNE 9th so get ready!!!!!!

1 min rest
* The starting point isnt important. Pick a position but go in order thats listed above. However, the 1 min rest happens only after you have hit 5 stations. Everyone will rest together.
