I want to applaud Adam for his "friendly call-out".  Not because I want members to call out other members BUT, something he said rang true.  There is something magical about making people do workouts around others; they push harder than they EVER would at home watching P90X!!! However, we have to remember the goal of our workouts.  Are they to finish in the top of the class or to be done so that you get the maximum out of your workout?  Yes, you know the answer to this.....we want to MAXIMIZE our workout and reap the maximum gains from them.  As your coach, I do not care where you finish in the workout.  I don't care if you crush the field.  I only care that you give everything you have and to maximize the efficiency of every movements.  Now with this, you will need to test yourself every once in a while to see what you are capable of.  This means trying to get closer to the RX'ed weights, or getting closer to full depth, or using smaller bands, etc.  Yes, it will be hard.  You may not be able to finish the workout but if you don't see where those boundaries are then you will start to plateau.  We don't want this.  We don't want to get the same scores, over and over.  We want constant improvement and the only way to do this is to push yourself.  So take the call-out as a challenge to yourself to see what you can each and everyday.  If you are new with us, then your job is to push yourself to learn these movements.  If you have been with us a while then you job is to push yourself to the limits everyday you are here.  Make it happen!  Be the best you can possibly be each and every day!!!

WE WILL BE TESTING OUT 2 NEW CLASS TIMES OVER THE NEXT MONTH.  THE FIRST WILL BE THE 12 NOON TIME ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS.  WE WILL KEEP THIS CLASS FOR 2 WEEKS TO SEE WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE WE GET.  THE FOLLOWING CLASS WILL BE AN EARLIER CLASS ON MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY MORNINGS.  LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS!!!
