How do you keep your training up when your on the road? It takes some work and some dedication but it can be done. Start at the beginning; your workouts. First, utilize your crossfit community. There are crossfit boxes popping up all over the place. Go and see what they do and get a workout in with them. Hit them up ahead of time so they know you are coming and then get after it. Other than that, you can utilize the local gym or any small gym you might have available to you. If you have nothing then you can use the "workouts without a gym" section on the side of our website. Get creative if you need to. Blair Morrison, Games competitor and owner of CrossFit Anywhere, finds anything to be part of his workouts: rocks, rivers, hills, tress, etc. Get creative and have fun! Diets, this can be a little more difficult but if you think about it you can do it. Take the breads off, go for the vegetables, cut the sugars out. No it may not be the best grass fed beef you can find but the best you can come up will work for the time you are out. Be diligent and your body will thank you!!! Have fun!!
