This Saturday is the test run for the workout called "CrossFit for Hope"!!  We will be holding this trail run during the 930am class.  The point of this is for us to get the kinks out for the real June 9th CrossFit for Hope Event, but its also for you to give yourself a baseline and see what kind of score you get.  There will be 5 different movements: Burpees, Power Snatch, Box Jumps, Thrusters, and Chest to Bar Pull-ups.  We will be doing a special workout starring each of these moves as we get closer to the actual event so stay tuned!!

The next INFERNO PALEO CHALLENGE is just around the corner!!!  May 1st we will be having our Paleo Lecture during the 730 pm class (so there will not be any class during that time!!!!).  We will do the lecture and take the "before" pictures that night!!  So be ready!  Also, we will need to see as much skin as possible!  So no long pants, even if they are stretch pants.  We want to see your skin and how much it changes!!  We will want you to wear the same clothes for the after picture 8 weeks later also!!  Its gunna be good!!!!

This Saturday we will be treking down to CrossFit Ohana for their Grand Opening in Lompoc.  Time will be between 12-5pm for a workout, some good food and good people.   Lets spread some Inferno family love around!!
