You have to love the media and how it delivers information.  There are so many things out there that aren't true but we are told that they are true.  One of the biggest things you will hear on the news and everywhere is the Obesity Epidemic.  They will flash pictures of EXTREMELY overweight individuals and tell you that they way to stop this is to eat less calories and walk more.  You will hear that you need to eat this product or that product.  You will hear that you need to eat FAT FREE to make sure you are eating TOO much fat, because that is making you fat!  Well the VAST MAJORITY of these stories are FALSE!!!  Please check out this article.  It will give you some pretty incredible information about some of the myths that are out there.  Please do some research on your own so you can learn whats really happening!!
