The big day is coming......this big day is different for everyone. Maybe its a job interview, maybe its a test, maybe its an event, maybe its a performance, maybe its a competition. No matter what it is, the prep for it should be the same. Of course "Perfect Practice Produces Perfect Performance", and yes you should have put the time into doing what you need to do (If you haven't, then this really wont apply to you). Once all the prep work has been done, then its all about letting your body do what it knows how to do. Sure there will be periods of time when you are battling. There will be some moments when you may feel a little under-gunned. But you need to keep your mind strong. You will get through all of these spots just like you do everyday in your prep for this. Be relaxed but aware and strong. Be able to react. But most importantly.....DO NOT GET FRUSTRATED!!!! Once you get frustrated, you bind yourself up. You get tight and mentally stuck. If a mistake is made, keep breathing, and don't get down on yourself. Pick up the pieces quickly and press forward! Half of the battle is in your head. If you can beat that then you have half the battle won. Get in there and give it what you have. This is the fun part!! Go have some fun!!!
WE WILL HAVE THE 630AM CLASS THIS MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY AGAIN THIS WEEK. THIS FREE CLASS IS A TEST CLASS. IF WE HAVE PEOPLE IN IT THEN WE WILL KEEP IT. IF NOT THEN WE WILL TRY OTHER CLASS. MAKE SURE TO SIGN UP FOR IT ON MINDBODY!!!!

30 reps Kettle Bell Swings (70#, 53#)
WWOD........This is a piece about mobility and how you need it to get into good positions because warming up doesnt get you into good positions. You need to recover tissues to get into position!
