I have heard people say that eating right or working out right is too hard when you are around others that arent doing it.  Why?  Is it because it forces you to be the leader and not the follower?  Do you feel like you are missing out on something?  What are you doing all this stuff for then?  There will always be times that you want to "do the right thing" but arent able to because of some seriously difficult situations.  But just because someone decides they want to eat pizza, doesnt mean you should.  It really isnt that hard to stay true to your diet and your workout.  Remember what you are trying to accomplish by eating and working out the way you are:  Longer, More Functional, Healthier Lifes.  Is a Pizza worth that?  NO!  And Im Italian and still saying no!  Stay true to yourself and what YOU want in your life!  Dont let others sway you into doing something else.  Stay strong!!!
