THIS WORLD WIDE CROSSFIT EVENT WILL OCCUR AT THE SLO INFERNO FROM 9AM-4PM.  WE WILL RUN HEATS EVERY 30 MINUTES AND WE WELCOME YOU TO DO THIS 17 MINUTE WORKOUT FOR KIDS!!!!

FRIDAY NIGHT 615pm, 730pm CLASSES AND ALL SATURDAY CLASSES ARE CANCELLED SO WE CAN GET READY FOR CROSSFIT FOR HOPE!!!  WE WILL BE CLEANING AFTER THE 5PM CLASS TODAY SO PLEASE COME AND HELP US OUT!!

Complete the following:

 

Push Press

     3-3-3-3

          *warm up well then go heavy on these. Explode with your "Dip/Drive" and lock your hips and legs to get maximum thrust then drive with those shoulders!

For Reps:

     4 min Row (for Calories)

          *1 minute rest

     3 min Max reps Pull ups

          *1 minute rest

     2 min Back Squat (body weight, or a weight where you can get at least 5 on first attempt)

          *1 minute rest

     1 min Shoulder to Overhead (135#, 95#)
