What is the best way to learn something: by succeeding in it or by failing in it?  Failing.  That word sounds so negative but its only bad if we see it as bad.  Sure we hate to fail.  It would be much nicer if we succeeded in everything we ever did.  A couple things: if everything came easy then all the great things would be just another thing.  Nothing exciting at all.  If we want something and then we fail at it, then we are forced to re-assess our plan to get to the goal.  Maybe you need to tighten up some technique, maybe you need to practice the lines a little more, maybe its a nutrition thing, maybe it a touch more studying.  Failing will help you to attack your goal more efficiently with a renewed fire to succeed.  But it takes using this failure energy to do so.  Dont let the negative connotations of not achieving what you want shut you down.  Let it fuel you in a positive direction and then smash it the next time!!  Dont be afraid to fail at the box.  This is the safe place to make attempts without fear of failure.  So get in and DO IT!!!

INFERNO Warm-up x 3

Complete the following:

 

 For Time:

     21-15-9 reps

          Thrusters (135#, 95#)

          Burpee Deadlifts (135#, 95#)

          * if not RX then pick a weight that you can get at least 10-12 on the first set unbroken

4 rounds: 

     7 reps Snatch Grip Deadlift (120% of Snach 1RM)

     21 reps Wall Balls (20#@10', 15#@10')

     *do this for explosiveness on the deads and accuracy on the wall balls, you must hit your target (piece of tape)
