Are you CrossFit or do you just do CrossFit? CrossFit isn't a just a workout. That's what the regular gyms and anyone that does the "crossfit-like" classes think. CrossFit is a lifestyle. Is a way of thinking, a way of eating, a way of training, a way of attacking issues, and a way of improving yourself. People say its a cult and a fad. Yes there are some portions of that may look like a cult, like our phrases, our clothes, or our our activities. And some think that it will disappear like some of the other fitness fads. It wont:) So, I ask you again.....are you CrossFit or do you just do CrossFit?
NEW ON-RAMP CLASS STARTS THE WEEK OF JULY 9TH!!!! THIS CLASS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL OF OUR NEW MEMBERS!!! THIS IS A 6 SESSION CLASS THAT GIVES YOU 2 MORE WEEKS IN YOUR FIRST MONTH. IT WILL MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD FOUNDATION TO GAIN THE MAX BENEFITS OUT OF OUR WORKOUTS!
