Well the 2012 Games have come to a close with 2 repeat champions in Rich Froning and Annie Thorisdotter.  Both athletes battled back from some not so great initial finishes but showed that they are the most well rounded athletes on the planet!  What I was impressed with was the fact that they didn't get rattled when they hit a workout that wasn't one of their strengths.  The would stay focused to get the job done knowing that it was only one workout.  They would be absolutely amazing on the workouts they excelled in and did the best they could on the others.  You need to be the same way.  there will be things you are very good at.  Do them very well!  There will be things you aren't so good at.  Do the best you can!!  This is all you can you !  Be proud for the what you are able to accomplish and leave no regrets!  Congrats to everyone that competed!!!

CONGRATS TO ROBBY FOR HIS FIRST COMPETITION, AND HIS FIRST GAMES!!!!!  YOU DID GREAT MY FRIEND AND WE ARE ALL SUPER PROUD OF YOU!!!!!

We will have normal schedule today and we will be starting the ON RAMP Class this Thursday and Friday at 730pm and Saturday at 1045am.  The classes that are normally scheduled at these times will not be run. So no regular class on Thursday or Friday at 730pm, etc.
