Are you watching the Olympics? You should!!!! Heres the thing: since you are involved in CrossFit and the Inferno training, you have now experienced many of the events that you will be watching. All the Olympic Lifting, rowing, running, gymnastics stuff, etc! Now you can wacth the best in the world at these different movements and appreciate what they are doing! Complete the following:
50 reps Air Squats
7 reps Muscle Ups
10 reps Hang Power Cleans (135#, 95#)
Toes to Bar with twist on each rep
MWOD........are your shoulders and hips ready for some sick toes to bar?
