Whats the big deal if you come to the workout 1,3,5,10 or 15 minutes late?  Is it really that important?  YES!!!  For a few reasons 1) There are people who want to get into the class and if your not there on time the you are blocking someone who could be there.  You will lose your spot whether you signed up or not if you are late. 2) When you come in late you disrupt the flow of the workout for the class.  It is a distraction. 3) We do our specific joint mobility and warm up for a particular reason.  It isnt something that is a "if you want you can do this".  Its a "You WILL do this" here.  Follow along with the trainer and the normal warm up.  4) Do you ask, whats the big deal if i dont do full range of motion, or if its alight to use creative counting to complete my round?  I really hope you know the answer to this.  Its important because it part of what you do.  You are a CrossFitter.  You are an Inferno Family Member.  Dont let yourself be lazy.  Dont think you are above the fray to do these IMPORTANT everyday things.  Integerity and Commitment!!!  We may have to put on the 10 burpee per minute late rule.  Just get here!  And if life gets in the way and makes you late, then just look up at the clock, see how late you are, get your workout stuff on, and start doing your burpees.  :)
