You are sitting at a crossroads in your world whether you know it or not. You are told what you should eat, how you should workout, what to do if you are injuried. In fact, we tell you what WE think you should do in all of these situations too. But because there is a huge difference between the two schools of thought (the governmental views and the newer "crossfit lifestyle" views), the decision you pick could have some very big differences. You know what we say in the INFERNO Family, do CrossFit (constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity), eat paleo and take your fish oil. We feel that if you let your body do what its supposed to do, then it will take care of you and this is whether you are injured or sick. But what do you do when the doctor tells you that you might die unless you get on a particular medication. Or that your cholesterol is too high and now you need to be on Statin drugs? Do you really believe all this crossfit and paleo stuff? This is when the decision become EXTREMELY personal. It at that point that YOU need to make the decision about how you want to fix your body. I know you arent a doctor and havent had years of medical school. But that doesnt mean that you cant research your options out there. Id like to say, DONT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE EITHER MYSELF OR ANYONE ELSE TELLS YOU TO. Pick the choice that you can live with. Do your research, test it out, try it, then make your decision. This is really a much heavier post than it might seem. But when it comes to your life, YOU need to make the choice. Take control of your world!

INFERNO Warm-up x 3
Complete the following:
*Each set consists of 7 reps. Rest as needed between sets. This isnt for time, its for weight. One rep is: 2 Power Cleans, 2 Front Squats, 2 Front Push Presses, put bar to back, 2 Back Squats, 2 Push Press from behind the neck, then put down in the front.
*Rules: The bar must not touch the ground except to "tap and go" in betwen each of the 7 reps (and of course between the 2 power cleans at the start of the rep). You cant put bar down to regrip. You CAN rest the bar anywhere on your body for any length of time. A successful set is one in which you make it through all 7 sets. If you fail on one of the sets, then you get a zero for that one.
*Score by adding up all your sets, including any zeros and divide by 5. There is your Two-fer score!
10-8-6-4-2 reps (10 minutes max time)
