One of the coolest thing about the Inferno Family is that we have a whole group of people that have drunk the Koolaid that we are handing out and everyone wants so bad for everyone else to drink from the cup!  I love seeing when new people come in with their eyes all wide and nervous and then the regulars walk up and start talking to them.  That right there is what makes people feel better about being here.  There is a family/team feel when you have people to talk to.  Please continue this whether you are new or old, working out at the SLO Inferno or the Northern Inferno.  If you dont know someone, go say hi!!  HOWEVER........I need to make sure that EVERYONE understands who the coaches in the room are.  The classes are set up in a way that the trainer sets the pace, organizes the equipment, teaches the info, and makes corrections and teaches form for the members.  Its one thing to help someone with figuring out what movement is next in the workout, but we dont want everyone giving new people (or even older people for that matter) coaching tips.  I dont want there to be any competition between the members and the coaches.  Let the coaches coach.  As a member you are there to learn, get a kick ass workout and hang out with some of the coolest people around.  So even though you feel like you have some great info, please keep it to yourself and let the coaches do what they have been trained to do.  Dont follow up with your thoughts and cues or question the coach in front of other members, etc.  If you have a question then bring it up afterwards.  We want everyone to have a great time and get the most they can out of each workout.  Thanks for being part of the best community around!!
