Pacing.  We do this so that we are able to keep on going for a longer period of time.  The object is to not blow yourself out or hit the wall.  Well today, WE DONT WANT YOU TO PACE AT ALL!!!!!!  Today's workout is all about emptying the gas tank and doing as much work as you possibly can as quickly as you can.  There will be a burning sensation to this.  But we need to get comfortable as possible in this realm.  Coach Glassman says that sometime you have to drive the car so hard and fast to the point where the wheels come off, otherwise you never know where that level is.  Today we want you to test yourself and see exactly how far you can go.  You will get rest so dont rest between during the sets!!!  UNLEASH THE HOUNDS!!!!!
