Pride is a nasty thing.  It usually is something that gets us into trouble more often than not.  What I have seen most of the time is that Pride is you thinking you are really good at something and you dont want to look bad.  I see it when people come in to the gym telling me what they will be able to do and they end up throwing up outside because they went WAY above what they are able to handle.  I see it when people will walk around thinking they are so awesome, but they dont win a workout, or they dont think they will win, so they cover their self with all kinds of excuses.  I have even seen others decide not to come workout because they dont want to NOT be the best there.  We say that we want to "keep pride outside the gym doors" because all this kind of thinking does is bring you down.  If you think you are better than others and they are beating you, there is probably a reason for it.  Either they are working hard, or you arent.  You cant be mad at them for that.  Be stoked for them!  They will be stoked for you when you are on it too!  If you gave all you could give that day, then its all you can give.  If you want to make improvements, make your plan and get on it.  But keep your head positive because positivity breeds positivity!!

     21 reps DB Snatch Rt Arm (50#, 35#)

     21 reps DB Snatch Lt Arm (50#, 35#)

       *all snatches have the DB start on the ground.  These can be squat or power snatches.

      3 reps 15' Rope Climbs (or 20 pull-ups)

     400m Run

     15 reps DB Snatch Rt Arm

     15 reps DB Snatch Lt Arm

       2 reps 15' Rope Climb (or 15 Pull-ups)

     200m Run

       9 reps DB Snatch Rt Arm

       9 reps DB Snatch Lt Arm

       1 rep Rope Climb (or 10 Pull-ups)
