Complete the following:
"Jacked up Randy" (18 min limit)
75 reps Hang Power Snatch (135#, 95#)
*Start with 5 Burpees and then do 5 burpees every minute on the minute. go as long as you need to to get 75 reps of the snatches. The burpees do not count as part of the 75 reps. You should be able to get at least 10 in the first round.
*warm up well and get into the heavy weights. Hold at the bottom for a full 5 second count.
MWOD........setting up some good internal rotation for some quick turn over on the snatch!
