I just received some terrible news.  Cory McGee has passed away.  For those that didnt know him, he was a very strong young man who loved to come to the gym and work out.  He was very close to being on our affiliate teams and he just recently completed the Allan Hancock Fire Academy.  Cory will be missed dearly by his friends and family.  Cory was with us here at the gym for about 2 years and we will miss him.  To Cory's family, we are sorry for your loss.  To Cory, we will see you again soon brother.

Tomorrow we will be doing a memorial WOD for him.  Please come and celebrate Cory's life with this workout.
