Are you writing down how your workouts go everyday you are at the gym? Do you have your log book?  If you need one, we have them for you.  If you are currently an unlimited member or a 2/week person, we have them for you for free.  Whether you write it in your book, or use an app on your phone, recording your workouts is key to your success in archiving your goals.  How else will you know if you arent watching whats happening?  How will you know unless you are analyzing the data on a regular basis??  CroissFit training is built with and understanding that our workouts are measurable and recordable and then repeatable.  For this reason, you MUST use this FEED BOOK LOOP to check your progress and keep you on the right path.  Log it so you know it!

INFERNO Warm-up x 3

Complete the following:


3 Rounds for TIme:

     5 reps KB Snatch Rt Arm (53#, 35# For all Moves)

     10 reps Single Arm Overhead Squat Lt Arm

     5 reps Turkish Get Ups Rt Arm

     5 reps KB Snatch Lt Arm

     10 reps Single Arm Overhead Squat Rt Arm

     5 reps Turkish Get Ups Lt Arm




Front Rack Walk and Squat

     50ft Walk, do 5 Front squats every 5 steps

          4 Rounds, warm up then start w 60% of your 1RM Front Squat Weight
