I heard a beautiful thing yesterday at the gym.  One of the members said that this is the only workout they have ever done that forces them to stay focused at the task at hand when they are working out.  With other workouts, their thoughts would float to what they need from the store, events that are coming up, and basically anything under the sun.  Why would something like this be so important?  Many of us NEED to learn how to focus and accomplish things in our lives.  Life is not a stream that we float down and let it control us.  We can control it by taking life by the horns.  It can be VERY tough at times but here you learn to deal with that discomfort.  You learn to focus and stay in the game longer so that you can make it through those tough times, last longer than the normal person and achieve more.  Congratulations to you and the work you do not only in the gym, but what you are doing for your life!!!!
