Being the CrossFit snob that I am, i have to tell you something that just kills me.  Now im not trying to knock other workouts out there.  In fact, I honestly believe that as long as you are doing something, its better than nothing. However, with that being said, I dont think ANYTHING compares to what we do at the INFERNOS.  We dont care about "burning calories" because our workout will have you burning hours after you are done.  We dont care what your heart rate is because true Intensity is based on the amount of work you do in a particular amount of time.  Dont tell me that because you are sweating, you have a great workout program.  I could have you mopping my fire station floor over and over and you would be sweating but I dont think you would ever say it was a great workout program.  And it kills me to see people just bouncing around and then telling me that its an "insane" workout.  CrossFit is not a random mix of stuff just to make you sweat.  There is an actual plan to make you more athletic, more fit.  Everything we do is based on one goal: to increase work capacity over broad time and modal domain.  Its not exercise to make you better at exercising.  Its using particular movements that mimic other activities and will translate to other things in your life.  So we are very glad that you are doing some activity in your daily life, but when you are ready to stop bouncing around and want to really improve your fitness, we are hear for you:)

Complete the following:

 

3 Rounds:

     20 reps Vitual Shoveling (2x45# bumpers & 24"box, 2x25# bumpers & 20"box)

          *back and forth over the box is 1 reps, switch

     200m Bumper Carry

          *take both bumpers off the bar and carry them in a stack for the 200m

     50 reps Air Squat
