I truly believe that doing our workouts at our gym will make it so that you wont plateau in your workouts.  This isnt just an empty promise but it is a two way street for it to be a success.  What we mean is this, almost everyone who comes in and starts working out with us will have some initial physical change and improvement.  But after that initial induction is done, then what?  Then its about improving your movement so that you are able to constantly increase your fitness.  Our coaches will be giving ALL OF YOU something to work on to make you better.  We may repeat these things everyday.  But, if you dont change these things then a couple different things will happen:1) you will get injured.  We are watching your movements to keep you SAFE and EFFICIENT.  This is going to build you body in the proper fashion to be the best machine it can be.  2) You will plateau out in all of your lifts and other movements.  When you dont change anything then you will not be able to progress.  We want change! and 3) You will get discouraged and you will leave.  Everyone wants to know that what they are doing is working.  If you aren't seeing any improvements or positive changes then you will get bored, and not want to do it.  The simple way to prevent this is to LISTEN to you coaches and MAKE THE FIXES THEY ARE SAYING YOU NEED TO FIX.  If you do this then you will see the changes you desire!!

     *1 rep Man Maker = into a push up position with hands on dumbbels, do a push up, then do 1 arm dumbbell row, do a push up, do the other arm dumbbell row, bring feet underneath you, and do a squat clean thruster.  thats 1 rep!
