Being Fit isnt about just lifting barbells all the time.  Its not about how many hours you spend in the gym.  Being Fit is about being active and being ready to do, and able to do, everything!  Now of course using barbells is a very efficient way of increasing weight and getting your body to move the right way.  However, if all you do is use bars, then real life objects will be difficult.  Change it up on yourself.  Find some different object, find a different location, do work outside, find a different event outdoors, make up something!  Test the limits of your fitness.  The world is your box!  See how crazy and creative you can get!!

HALLOWEEN IS UPON US!!!  BRING IN THOSE CARVED PUMPKINS STARTING FRIDAY FOR THE INFERNO PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST.  PUMPKINS ARE DUE BETWEEN FRIDAY AND MONDAY AT NOON.  VOTING WILL BEGIN MONDAY AFTER THE NOON CLASS!!

NEXT MONDAY WILL BE THE INFERNO HALLOWEEN COSTUME WOD!!!!  THIS WILL BE DURING THE EVENING CLASSES ON MONDAY.  WE WILL NOT BE RESTRICTING THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THESE CLASSES HOWEVER YOU MUST HAVE A COSTUME TO WORKOUT!!!!!!  NO COSTUME......NO WOD!!!!  OH YEAH LETS GET CRAZY ON THIS!!!
