I have had discussion about "cheat days" or "cheat meals" and "eating in moderation with quite a few people.  And it always seems to come down to one thing, justifications.  When people have a cheat day/meal, the justification is...."well i have been eating pretty good so its good if i eat that".  This is the same thing that is said when people need to eat bad food moderately.  Basically they are easing the idea of eating bad.  The fact of the matter is that you dont NEED to eat bad and you dont NEED to eat in moderation.  There is a correct way of eating that will allow your body to function best.  There are foods that your body is DESIGNED to eat for fuel.  Any other way you cut it, is just you wanting to eat something that you know you shouldn't.  Now, if you eat one thing thats bad, ar eyou going to die of cancer?  NO.  Bu if you ever get yourself really clean, then when you go to have one of those "treats" your body will react to it.  If you eat something bad and dont feel anything, then you arent eating clean.  You are probably eating a couple of good things and a couple bad things so in all reality its just a "not eating clean".  Dont let yourself be weak just because.  But if you decide to eat something "not on the good list", accept what it is.  Its something bad and it will affect you.

     2 Reps EMOM for 10 min

          *the object here is to go for speed on your reps.  Get full depth and full opening of the hips but concentrate on exploding out of the bottom
