Did you smell something??? I know you did!  Now there are always a few "usual" smells that float around when people are pushing themself to such an insane limit.  But even with that, there is a gym etiquette that sometimes gets over looked.  One of the hardest things is to deal with is breathing so hard and absolutely doing everything you can to keep going....and then you take in a big breath of either some REALLY BAD body odor, or VERY STRONG perfume.  It almost causes an instant gagging reflex.  Now ladies, of course we love that pretty smell that lightly touches our senses through our noses.  But perfume is meant to be a slight sensation.  When you come to the gym and your scent is suffocating, that's not good, and its not attractive.  We all want to look good but believe me, this isnt helping.  I am asking you to please tone your scent down.  And not that this cant happen with men and women but its usually with the dudes, body odor.  Of course we sweat a bunch, that's not a problem.  But if you come to the gym and have some serious bad body odor, it will crush other members.  We are all adults here and personal hygiene is EXTREMELY important in the box.  We cant have dirty bodies sweating, leaving sweat angels, and leaving gross body smells in the gym.  PLEASE DO WHAT YOU NEED TO NOT SMELL!!!  If your body odor, or your perfume smell is too bad or too strong, we will have no choice but to ask you to leave.  Please dont make us have to do this.  Be aware of this when you come to the box.  It will make everything better for EVERYONE!!!:)
