INFERNO Warm-up x 3
Complete the following:
Stone to Shoulder (145#, 95#)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95#, 65#)
*It doesnt need to be in this order, but you will do 8 rounds of 20 seconds max reps and then 10 seconds of rest for 1 movement (4 minutes total), take 1 minute rest, then go to the next move and repeat, take 1 minute rest and do the 8 rounds of the final movement. For the total, Divide the Double under number by 3, divide the Sumo numbers by 2, and divide the Stone number by 1. Add those totals up and divide by 3 for your score.
Death by Burpees
*Do 1 Burpee in the first minute, 2 in the 2nd, 3 in the 3rd, etc until you are unable to make the required reps in that minute. If you are unable to complete the 10th round, then you will rest for 1 minute and then do 3 one minute rounds of 70% of your highest completed round. (Example: finshed round 8: 8x.7=5.6 or 6 reps so 3 one minute rounds of 6 reps)
MWOD........clear the T-spine and then get more movement in the shoulders
