There is a special connection when 2 Crossfitters meet out side of their own boxes. Its a wonderful thing! And thats why INSIDE the box its just as cool! You can be visiting a box while on vacation and you will be included as one of the group. I know we make it a priority to make sure that all new folks are welcomed not just by the trainer but by the members of the box. Tabata Deadlift (315#, 205#, or able to get at least 9-12 reps in first round)
*8 rounds of 20 seconds max reps and 10 secs rest. Score by total reps
