Well our own Wes Piatt, stepped into the lime light and was shining with bright colors as he finished day 1 of the OC THROWDOWN in 4th place, 1 point out of 3rd!!!!  It was incredible to watch him throughout the events.  Consistent and strong and it put him in the top at the end of the day!!!  This is something we ALL need to think about when we are working out.  Its not about killing just the workouts where you excel.  Its about hitting the ones you arent very good, hard.  And the ones you are sort of good, hard.  Consistency is the key to gaining the most from your workouts.  But this also applies to your diet as well.  The more consistent you are with eating the right way, the healthier you will be.  You can tell yourself all kinds of excuses about how a cheat day is going to make sticking to your good eating easier.  When all its really going to do is make it so you dont get the maximum out of the way you are eating.  Are you consistently good or consistently bad?  Next time you are faced with a choice, think about your consistency!

          *Every minute on the minute do 5 Burpees




Bottom Tabata Squats

     *8 rounds of 20 seconds as many reps as you can do, 10 seconds rest.  During the rest phase, you must be siting in a squat position.  Score by the average of the rounds.
