BABY ITS COLD OUTSIDE!!!!!!  Yeah we know it.  And for those early classes and late classes, it down right chilly.  So does that mean you should just stay home and not do anything??  Not at all!!!  But you definitely need to take precautions.  This means you need to layer up!  Maybe you need a beanie, maybe bring some gloves for during the warm up.  For sure a couple of different tops.  Now i know that you will probably say that you need to be warmed up before you do any activity, but how many of you have been skiing?  How much warming up did you do before you hit the slopes?  Usually none.  But you wore a bunch of clothes and you went for it.  This needs to be the same mentality here.  Wear the appropriate clothes for temperatures that are 28-38 degrees.  If you have the right stuff on then when you do our normal warm up, you will be warm and ready to go for the workout.  Ok so the body is good but the bars get super cold, yeah i know that too.  Welllllllllllllllll, you cant make everything perfect lol!  The point is that you dont need to make things be an excuse.  It will be ok.  So get your winter clothes on and come have some fun:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
