Do you have what it takes?  Do you have the stuff?  Do you have the guts..........to be able to keep your New Years Resolution?  We all come up with some good ones at the start of the year but usually by the 2nd week, those good ideas have been blown to the side as we fall into our normal routine of the same old crap.  You have to think about why you came up with the resolution to begin with.  It is going to improve you or your life?  Is it really important?  Well if it is, then you NEED to do EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER to make it happen and keep going with it.  Its SO easy to drop the ball one day and say you will get to it tomorrow.  Like the saying says......"tomorrow never comes."  You have have to stay in the now, today, in the moment, and take the steps to making your goals happen.  Think again about why you came up with them.  They will make you better!  So stay on it!!!!!:)
