I know there are a ton of "new" ideas and things that people get all fired up on.  But have you ever heard the phrase "theres no school like the old school"? Now im not saying this because im probably a little bit older that you and im being some crusty old guy saying "in my day, we used to.... " blah blah blah hahah  but even if you look at Crossfit, it takes the best of the old school stuff and makes you a better athlete.  Even look at the airdynes that people scramble to pay hundreds of dollars for a 1970's piece of equipment!  We see old time peg boards coming back after it blasted some of the fittest in the world.  So why am i bringing this up?  Its important about knowing your history, where things came from and what makes them great.  When there is history, data, and things that are known to work, dont let yourself be wowed by some flashing lights of a new fangled thing.  Im not saying its bad but at least do the research to see if its valid.  But when in doubt, go with the old faithful!  Oh and did mention that the INFERNO Family is as old school as it gets with Crossfit in San Luis Obispo County??  Just sayin';)
