There are tons of things we want to "try" out there.  They may be activities, they may be diets, they may be learning a new skill, can be anything.  But if there is no commitment, then you will more than likely not get what you are looking for.  We have had people come to the INFERNO and workout maybe once or twice a week expecting to get into great shape, lose weight, tone up and look amazing.  Instead what they get is sore, over and over and over.  They dont really lose any weight, they never really get any better at the movements, they never really get to the point where they can attack the workouts.  If you want to learn something or achieve something, you need to commit to it.  Commitment means you put your time into it!  Not just to "put your toe in the pool".  JUST JUMP ALL THE WAY IN!!!!  So when we talk about the INFERNO, the BEST way to get all the benefits that you hear from doing our training is to get your butt in here and spread time with us!  Its only an hour a day.  Come and reap the benefits of your training!!!!
