Well the 2016 Crossfit Games season is just about upon us.  What does this mean.....well for all those that are on the quest to compete on either the world stage or the Regional stage, we begin with the Crossfit Open.  This is stage 1 and its about really getting fired up to put it to the limit and see if the training program they have been doing has improved their fitness enough to launch them to the big show!  This encompasses about .5% of all the people tat sign up for the Crossfit Open.  For the other 99.5% of people, this IS the time to push yourself to see what you can do against YOU!!!  I hear all the time that people are either afraid to do it, or they CANT do it.  Poppy-Cock!  yeah you heard me!!!  1) you hit hard workouts each and everyday with in our walls.  We scale it so you can hit it!  This is no different.  There is a RX version of the workout and a scaled division of the workout so there is NO reason to be afraid.  PLUS you are around your family that you workout in front of EVERY day. 2) I will promise you that there is NO workout that will be harder than what you do here.  So you CAN do it!  You should do it!!!  This is your family, your tribe, your TEAM!  Be on the team!!!!  Sign ups start this Thursday:)
