There are days that will feel like you are walking in quick sand. Nothing goes right.  You try to stay positive. You feel like you are slamming your head against the wall. How do you move forward? It's not brain science. It's good old fashion "nose to the grindstone" and not giving up. The fact is that there is always an equilibrium. Think about it. Are things always bad? No. Are things always good? No. Even when it seems like things seem perfect, there will be a dip. The object is not to get flustered by this. You just can't stop. You make yourself keep going until things start to turn around. They will! Because they always do! Know that, believe that! FEEL THE BURN!!!!
