We have the OPEN coming up and we have others entering their first competition this weekend.  I usually hear the same thing: im nervous....im scared.  WHY?  what is there to be nervous about?  Its just an event, an activity that you are joining.  There is NO pressure on you to do anything.  Sure there may be people that think you should do this or that but what do you think?  Are you putting pressure on yourself?  Dont do it.  You really only have one job, and this is the same job you have EVERYDAY you a come to workout at the INFERNOs.......to do your BEST!  This doesnt mean you have to PR every single day. It means you go out and give it what you got!  Dont put false expectations and extra pressure that isnt there.  Breath, be calm, then execute.  You CAN and you WILL do awesome!  So just let it happen:)

.......10 reps Snatch (95/65#, wt to get 15-20 UB)

*shooting for 30 secs rest each round.  If less that 15 secs then decrease snatch reps by 2 to get back to 30 sec rest.
