There is a moment right before you lift that weight. You might start to hear that little voice in your head. What is it saying? Is the weight going to be heavy? Do you know if you're going to get it? Do you not feel perfect at that moment? Do you feel strong? We all have these funky thoughts that slide in right before we needed to execute. This will derail you if you listen to it! You have to be able to silence your mind so that your body can react the way it needs to. Keep it free of thoughts of "what if I mess", failure, what others have hit, if you will get hurt, etc. it takes practice to make your brain stay on track and help your body function to its maximum. And easy way to learn this is to practice this on the lighter weights you left. The more you practice the better you will be at it. The better you are at this, the more calm and focused your mind will be, the more times you will make :-) FEEL THE BURN!!!
