We always say that there is a "pace" when you are doing these workouts.  It used to be that once the 3-2-1 -GO rang out, you would just go balls to the wall until you couldnt go anymore.  This is where Pukie the Clown came from because when you push like that there usually is a pukie response as a result.  Now, we say that its not the 1st round that wins the workout, its the last.  So you NEED to pace.  BUT........dont pace it too much.  I see people over-pacing all the time.  They are basically dogging the workout.  When you do this you arent able to get the benefits of the workout.  Sure you are working hard but are you giving it your all?  Lets see what happens today!  Jump in there and see just how far you can go:)
