I saw the coolest Instagram from Syn of Afro Brutality.  it said ” Overthinking: the art of creating problems that dont exist.  Also see Worry”.  How awesome is that!!!!  Basically, he is saying that you can choose to do the task at hand or waste time and energy thinking about all the other things that MIGHT happen.  All the WHAT IFS, BUT MAYBEs, and LETS SAY THIS HAPPENs.  Those are all negative thoughts that do nothing but make you WORSE!  You are betting against yourself and your abilities.  DONT DO IT!!  Be stoked on what you are and what you can do.  Sure everyone wants more from themselves and thats good but dont WORRY about if you cant.  Just go for it!  If you fail then learn what you need to fix and move forward.  Smile, Live and be awesome!
