What do you do when you have a bad day?  Its so easy to get caught  up in it, to turn it into a couple days or even longer.  But this is a waste of time.  Its ok to have a bad day and when you do, just acknowledge it.  Dont let it corrode your whole being though.  Try to see some of the good things around you.  Dont take it out on other people.  Relax.  And then let yourself get through the day.  Then hit the reset for the next day and get back to killin' it:) FEEL THE BURN!!
