The Open begins this week!!!  For those of you that are in to the competition side, you have one goal (yes you might have other desires but you have truly 1 goal) and thats to give your best when you actually do the workout.  Dont worry about if you are the best, or if someone beat you or not.  Just do everything you can to have your best result.  If you arent doing the Open for the competition, then be there for the community.  This IS the biggest fitness event in the world!  Be excited to do the workout, cheer on your team, watch people on their quest to the Regionals and the Games, and just enjoy the fruits of your training.  The Open is an exciting time and the more you are involved, the more fun it is!!!!  Here we go!!!! :)
