The simplest things can jump start you into a good mood, a better day and a great workout.  There are things in your life that have good feelings and power associated with them.  Maybe it was the last time you won an event, or you just felt like you were on top of your game.  If you can recall these things then you can actually put your body and mind in the same state and, ideally, you could have the same excellent results.  This just isnt a mere wish that you felt the same way.  Its a mental process to put you in that state.  It take practice. And you need to practice this everyday.  The better you get at it, then the more times you can put yourself into that place of success.  Win:)
