Ow!  My butt cheeks!!!  Yep, if you did the 16.1 then im sure you are feeling some tenderness on the ol' derriere.  So you would think that since they are so sore, we should give them the day off and just rest right?  NOPE!  today is the day you NEED to move.  The body is made to move.  In fact the more you dont move, the worse you will get.  so make sure you get some movement in.  Yes do some mobility.  Yes get a ball in those ass cheeks (yeah i know that sounds strange), then be sure you hit some squats so you get full range of those muscles.   Then of course a little ATP Mechanix will always help:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
