The OPEN has so many good things about it.  But there are some things that can get really tough.  I think the biggest thing is deciding when you are going to do the workout.  It feels like you need to try to find the absolute perfect time so that you can perform perfectly.  And if you dont.....then you ruined that shot, wasted that time, did damage to your butt (thank you 16.1), and many other issues.  SO you sit there and think about when, will you be ready, should it happen now, in 4 hours, tomorrow? " Ill take a nap then ill feel better afterwards and do it." Then you think about your strategy, how fast to do this or that, etc, etc.  SUCKS.  I honestly believe that one of the best ways to get into the workout is to not let yourself think about it at all.  You mind has a tendency to run away and get all crazy.  Dont let it.  You dont need to tell people when you are doing it.  You dont need to discuss every part of it.  You dont need to go obsess over it!  You need to stay calm.  And then you need to just do it.  Yes you have heard that saying before but its very good.  Simple and too the point.  Just do it.  Make shit happen.  Do what you are used to doing.  Do what you have been training to do.  And enjoy what you are doing:)
