What you do is NOT an accident.  There are studies that are coming out that prove that the more you do the thing (actions, thoughts, feelings, reactions, etc), the more it become your normal/default.  Your brain synapses actually set themselves up to be able to repeat actions/thoughts/etc by being closer and responding quicker.  We are incredible machines.  Our bodies will actually do everything it can to become as efficient as possible.  So what if we made our normal a positive state of mind, a happy outlook, positive affirmations, smiles, confidence, giving our all, working hard, not jumping to conclusions, and the list goes on.  Wouldnt that be a much better way to live?  I think it would!!!  So lets test it out.  Go one day with keeping everything in the positive mode.  Then try for 3 days straight, then try 7 days.  After all this change and the new normal...maybe..just maybe.......you will be changed for good:)
