We all have routines that keep us efficient.  We have found out where we can cut corners and give ourselves more time to get this done or that done.  We know the fastest way to clean our house, or to meal prep for the day, or to warm up the fastest, etc.  But routines can get us into a rut if we arent careful.  One of the best ways to keep yourself  "alive" is to have something that you do for you.  Now sure (and believe me we love this fact) many of you use the INFERNO as "your" time to do you.  But if it isnt, then do something that makes you happy.  Maybe its enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, maybe its building a model or painting, maybe its learning something new, etc.  Whatever it is, enjoy it!  We all have lives, kids, relationships, responsibilities, jobs, school, etc.  But dont lose yourself in your life.  Life is meant to be lived.  It doesnt mean to do stupid stuff just because.  It means enjoy the ride!  There will be ups and downs.  Its all part of the ride.  Ride it!!
